Article 20 - CESOP

Due to the introduced and tightened measures regarding the 'Act to Amend the Value Added Tax Act 1968 (Payment Service Providers Directive Implementation Act)' and thus the introduction of the Central Electronic Payment Information System (CESOP), payment service providers may register data in the European CESOP system.

Article 21 - Price

All prices are subject to printing and typographical errors. No liability is accepted for the consequences of printing and typographical errors. In the event of printing and typographical errors, the entrepreneur is not obliged to deliver the product at the incorrect price. 

Delivery takes place in the country where the transport begins. In this case, this delivery occurs outside the EU. Consequently, the postal or courier service will collect import VAT or customs fees from the customer. Therefore, no VAT will be charged by the entrepreneur.
