Returns

You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receipt for any reason. After this period, you can no longer return the item. This policy is subject to our Terms and Conditions.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the condition you received it. Additionally, the product must still be in its original packaging. To initiate the return process, please first contact us by email at info@modemeister-outlet.com. We will then send you detailed instructions, including the return address. Please note that you are responsible for all return shipping costs to send the items back to our warehouse abroad.

Refunds

Once we receive and approve your return, your refund will be processed and the amount will be automatically credited to the payment method you used at checkout within 7 days. If you have not yet received a refund, please contact us and we will investigate the issue.
