  • Order shipping: 4-6 business days (Monday to Friday)

Shipping costs

We do not charge you for shipping, regardless of your order value.

Ordering process

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. We will begin processing your order, which takes 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday). We will then ship your order, and you will receive another email with tracking information. You can expect your order to arrive within 4-6 business days (Monday to Friday). We currently offer free shipping for all orders within Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

Order cancellations

Do you need to cancel your order? No problem, just contact us before your order is shipped. Reach out to our customer service, and we will assist you.

Delays

If the maximum delivery time has passed and you have not received your package, we apologize for the inconvenience, but sometimes delays can occur. We ask for your patience. Please wait an additional 3 business days (Monday to Friday) before contacting us at info@modemeister-outlet.com.

Incorrect or damaged items

Did you receive an incorrect or damaged item? Unfortunately, this can happen, and we apologize for that. In this case, simply take photos of the issue and send them to us. We will ensure that you receive a new, correct item.
